The client

VE & N Buyers is a buyer's advocacy business that helps people purchase property with professional advice and market knowledge. Their website needed to present a professional image while supporting the way the business manages property information behind the scenes.

The challenge

The project wasn't just about building a new website. It also needed to fit into an existing workflow where property information is regularly updated and managed.

Rather than relying on a traditional CMS, the goal was to create a fast, modern website that could display property data from a custom system while remaining easy to maintain. Performance, search visibility and usability were all important priorities.

What I built

I built a completely hand-coded website using HTML and CSS for fast loading, rather than WordPress or another off-the-shelf website builder. The site is mobile-first and loads quickly on any device.

One of the key parts of the project was connecting the website to a custom content system. Property listings and related content flow directly into the site, and the client can publish blog posts and updates themselves without needing to edit code.

The site was configured with Google Analytics and Google Search Console so traffic and search performance can be monitored over time. I also focused on SEO, accessibility and clear structure to give the site a solid foundation for organic search.

The result

The finished website provides a much faster and more streamlined experience than a traditional CMS-based approach. Property information and blog content can be managed by the client, while the public site stays lightweight, responsive and easy to navigate.

The result is a website that's easier to maintain, performs well across desktop and mobile devices, and gives the business room to grow its content over time.
