If you don't want to spend thousands upfront on a new website, our most popular option is $180 per month with $0 upfront build cost. You get a custom-built five page website, hosting, unlimited edits and ongoing support. For businesses that prefer to own the website from day one, we also offer a lump sum option from $3,800 plus hosting.
All figures on our pricing page are ex GST. Invoices include our ABN and GST is added where applicable.Most brochure sites take two to four weeks from sign off to launch. Timelines depend on how quickly you send content, photos, and feedback. A straightforward project with everything ready can be quicker.
No. Sites are hand coded with static HTML and CSS. That keeps them fast, lean, and low maintenance. No plugin updates, no builder bloat, and nothing for a bot to log into. If you need a store, that is a custom Shopify setup, quoted separately.
On the monthly plan: hosting, unlimited edits, support, and ongoing updates are all in the $180 per month fee. On a lump sum build you own the site once paid in full. Hosting is $25 per month, and you can add a $50 per month edits package if you want ongoing changes without paying per request.

Lump sum suits you if you want to pay once, own the site outright, and handle hosting yourself or pay for it separately. Monthly suits you if you prefer smaller payments and want hosting, edits, and support bundled in. If cash flow is tight, the monthly plan spreads the build cost over time with nothing upfront.
Every site ships with solid on page basics: sensible structure, meta titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast load times, and Google Search Console setup where it applies. That is not the same as an ongoing SEO campaign. Rankings in competitive suburbs like Preston or across broader Melbourne usually need continued work. See SEO services or ask for a scoped quote.

Yes. Your domain is always yours, whether it is a .com.au or another extension. If I register it on your behalf, I transfer it to you when you leave. Your domain stays yours; we transfer it if you move on.
The monthly plan is a service agreement, not a hire purchase. It covers the design, build, hosting, edits, and support for as long as you stay on it. The minimum term is 12 months. After that it rolls month to month until you give notice to cancel. When you leave, you keep your domain and any content you supplied. The website itself remains with Eltham Digital because the monthly fee has been paying for an ongoing service, not buying the code outright. Want full ownership from day one? The lump sum option is built for that.
Ending early means the remaining payments toward the full build value ($3,800 ex GST) become due, minus what you have already paid in. That reflects the work and hosting already delivered. Invoices go out by email with a secure payment link. Monthly plans are charged to card. Lump sum milestones are usually paid by bank transfer. Invoices show our ABN and include GST on top of quoted prices. Payment is due within seven days unless we agree otherwise.
