FAQ
Is it really $0 upfront?
Yes. You see the site first. If you’re happy to proceed, you choose Core ($180/month) or Pro ($240/month). Both are $0 upfront build with a 18 month minimum.
What’s the difference between Core and Pro?
Core is a focused brochure-style site (up to 5 pages) with hosting, support and edits. Pro adds more pages, a blog, light ongoing SEO work, a monthly SEO snapshot report, and proper Analytics plus Search Console setup.
Why do you offer this?
It helps good local businesses get a proper site without a big upfront bill, and it gives me clients I can support properly over time.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You always own your domain. We will never hold it hostage.
Can I cancel?
There is a 18 month minimum. After that, the plan continues month to month.
Do I keep the website if I cancel?
If you stay for the full 18 months, the website is yours and we’ll transfer it to you at no cost.
If you cancel earlier, you can still take the website with you — you just need to cover the remaining balance of the build.
What if I need an online store?
This offer does not cover ecommerce. We can quote separately.
How long does it take?
Most straightforward sites land in roughly 2 to 4 weeks, depending on content, images and feedback.
